This service covers the initial search, property inspections, ultimate negotiation and agreement of the Conditions of Sale for either purchase or lease whilst offering sound independent advice throughout. It will include our recommendation of suitable advocates and the management of the legal process through to completion.
Additional Concierge Service
This service provides clients with all the facilities available in the Search Only Service and in addition seeks to coordinate your new life and that of your family, both pre and post arrival in Guernsey. This will include the management and introduction of any additional advisors and contractors where necessary, as part of a seamless move to Guernsey.
